Tagging is a means of finding items based on keyword descriptions to assist the individual in locating particular items when conducting searches. I must agree wit hDebby Bradford's statement about tagging when she said, "Tagging makes searching easier for the lay person. It can make finding things so much easier but on the other hand, can enable the return of many false results". There is much more you can read about tagging, but I am not going to dwell on the topic any longer.
Also as part of thing 10, Del.icio.us is a great idea. Take away the worry of your computer crashing and loosing all your bookmarks. Del.icio.us provides aplace to keep your bookmarks that are available from any computer at anytime. This is excellent.
